This prefab 12×24 Garage was built with the following quality features: 8’x7′ garage door, special heavy-duty floor with 2×6 joist on 12″ centers, 3/4 treated plywood for moisture protection, 36″ fiberglass door with 9 lite window, quaker tan siding, white trim, and shingled black roof.

Also, the prefab garage was upgraded by adding these options: a 6’x8′ ramp, 2’x3′ single-pane windows with shutters. It was purchased to use for storing his large outdoor equipment and belongings. The shed was delivered to its destination with no delivery charge.
