Builder

Our builders are the backbone of our company! We’re known in our industry for building high-quality structures, often custom-designed by our clients. We rely on our builders to construct customer-designed buildings accurately and with attention to detail. We’ve built our reputation on crafting each building to high standards of excellence and each builder in our shop is a key part of continuing that legacy!

Responsibilities:

• Working with other team members to construct custom prefab sheds, garages, and storage buildings.
• Reading job orders and building structures according to customer specifications.
• Communicating with management and team members to keep jobs moving smoothly.

Skills:

• Previous construction experience (preferred)
• Able to work well and meet deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Able to safely operate tools including power saws, air nailers, etc.
• Comfortable working on ladders/scaffolding/roofs 10′-12′ off the ground.
• Willingness to learn new skills and methods as the job requires.

Starting Wage:

• 2-4 week training period – hourly pay based on experience/skill level
• After the training period – Commission on a per-piece basis
