This 12×16 Garden Shed was built with the following quality features: special heavy-duty floor with 2×6 joist on 12″ centers, 3/4 treated plywood for moisture protection, silver maple siding, black trim, gable and ridge vents, radiant barrier, and shingles.

Also, the Garden Shed was upgraded by adding these options: 6′ double door, 16″x 8′ shelves with 3 layer high, two 2’x3′ Single Pane Window w/ Shutters. It was purchased by Pete C. to use for storing tools and belongings. The shed was delivered to its destination with no delivery charge.
