This 12×32 Lofted Barn Max was built with the following quality features: 9’x7′ garage door, siding LP Smart Panel – silver maple, a heavy-duty floor with a 2×6 joist on 12″ centers, 3/4 treated plywood for moisture protection, 6′ double door, black trim, 6’x6′ ramp, and shingled black roof.
Also, the Lofted Barn was upgraded by adding these options: a 6’x8′ ramp, deluxe electrical package, 16″x8′ shelves with 3 layers, shop door, 2’x3′ single-pane windows with shutters and workbench. It was purchased by Paul W. to use for storing his large outdoor equipment and belongings. This portable building was delivered to its destination with no delivery charge.
